Time difference between leveling with and without heirlooms

As the title says, does anyone have a general idea of the time difference between leveling with and without leveling boost? I am planning on leveling a hunter and although I enjoy the XP bonus I really hate having to wear a set of gear that never get swapped during the leveling.
