I went to claim this reward under gifts and it will not let me claim it under my US region Account. Only gives me the EU, TW, and KR regions. Anyone else getting this issue?

Same here. Tried restarting the launcher, didn’t help.

The mount should be available in your collections in game.

I have the same thing happening. The mount was in game already, but it appears the pet is only for Classic. However, I can see the pet in retail, and the launcher seems to think I can claim it from there, but with the same restrictions, EU, TW and KR, which I do not have.

There is a retail version available from the shop, which is likely what you’re seeing in the pet journal.
