[Tiered Medallion Setting] Not working with [Heartstone of Rhyolith]

Can't apply Tiered Medallion Setting to Firelands Timewalking necklaces

I just got the Necklace of Fetishes from Firelands Timewalking. I upgraded it to 437, only to then find out that Tiered Medallion Setting can’t be applied to it. This doesn’t seem intended. If we’re able to spend Dragonflight upgrade tokens on it, we should be able to apply this Dragonflight enchant as well.
