So I am trying to add sockets to a hero version of it but it is saying the quality is to low to work on the neck item.
Depends which level you are adding, if it bronze (1Star), you may need a silver (2 Star) or even a gold (3 Star). I usually can use two silver then one gold.
It was gold, with no sockets on the neck item I am speaking of.
Might try using a silver first.
