I’m having an issue where it appears that I’ve collected the LFR cloak appearance but it is not showing as collected in the tier set window. At first I thought that maybe I had collected another piece with the same appearance so I tried taking a Mythic+ cloak through the Revival Catalyst but it won’t give me an option for an appearance that I don’t already have no matter what iLvl the cloak is.
Any ideas?

I’d try the usual suspects first:
I know that Better Wardrobe and Transmog has this tendency to not update my sets without some of those steps.
when you’re in this window, what does it show when you right click the appearance?
it should show the name of the item, along with any items which share the appearance.
I didn’t know about the right-clicking option. Both the blue and the teal colors say “Acid-Proof Webbing” when you mouse over them but right clicking on the blue also lists the tier name. The teal is does not. So look like it’s an issue of having collected another piece with the same appearance.
Still leaves me with the question of why the Revival Catalyst won’t give me the option to upgrade a Mythic+ cloak to the LFR tier piece.
I had the same issue with the normal evoker and normal/heroic monk tier set cloaks. Evoker lookalike is from the Liskanoth world boss and the monk lookalike is from Eranog. I had to convert a proper ilvl cloak in the catalyst for it to count towards the set, even though I already had the appearance as learned. There is definitely a glitch in the classification on the lookalike cloaks.
