S Tier - BM hunters ( like actually wtf ), Resto Shaman Earth Ele damage ( this must be bugged, surly not intended )
A Tier - Warrior / Demon Hunter damage/uptime
B Tier - Rogue one shots in a kidney
C Tier - WW monk burst / Ret damage while bubbled
D Tier - Maledict Shackles
Maledict isn’t class and all people can get it easily. DH + DK + Ele leggo Rshaman. No survive for healers. Rshaman is extremely broken for its having damage like dps roles, having kick as a healer, having 8 sec frog change ability. Blizzard actually doesn’t know what pvp is. Yea how a MMORPG game company knows about pvp at all.

I’m convinced if AWC was tomorrow every game would have a minimum of 2 BM hunters. Their damage is absolutely absurd and they’re not a viable kill target for a lot of specs due to craven.

Hard to imagine it can actually be higher but yeah I did see this being talked about however never thought craven would be dumped for it. Tbh I wouldn’t even know as I never even attempt to go them anymore and haven’t been paying attention to the bleeds on me. Guess it’s worth it to cup check them just to be sure.
ya it’s crazy usually top damage and ends up being around 18-24% sometimes higher
though playing it is in a lot of scenarios horrifying for them i’m sure

cobra shots also hit harder than kill command for some reason and harder than my raptor strikes 
Which is crazy to me cuz this was already an edge case scenario with the spec and they just exacerbated the issue by choosing to only offset the kill command pve buff in PvP. I don’t want to bad mouth the devs as I’m sure they’re very intelligent, but stuff like this makes me wonder what they were thinking.

That’s not technically correct. Pretty much every BM Hunter uses Animal Companion and Kill Command works on both pets, so a single cast of Kill Command is double the damage you see.
For example, on my BM Hunter, CS is listed as 2608 damage and KC is listed at 2520. It appears CS is more damage, but KC is actually 5040 when you factor both pets.
However, CS will be more damage in a fight because it can be cast more often than KC.
