I made 2 tickets about a year ago and for some reason they are both stuck in processing and now i cant make a new ticket to have them deleted or get help with what im currently dealing with so im just kind of stuck, hoping to find some help here.

Looks like you have some old Personal Data Verification requests stuck processing. We should be able to have those cleared out but it may take a few days.
Okay, I appreciate the feedback, any help in appreciated. In the meantime. I purchased a wow token on the wrong account and the one that needs it no longer has a subscription, is there any ways of getting a few hours of gametime to log in and purchase a token on my main account? Dont have the funds to pay for a month in cash and have a raid tonight!
Generally speaking, we our Support staff is rarely able to grant that request. When they can it is a rare exception. Just FYI.
You should have access to your named license for another day or so.
Can you use the token to get a gift of game time for your account that needs it?
