I logged a support ticket on 06/08. In-game it’s telling me 10 days 15 hours avarage response time. Is this correct or a visual bug?

That just shows the longest ticket currently in queue not how long your ticket will be delt with.

I think ticket times are averaging a week atm whats ur issue mite not be something a GM can help with.

Average response times are basically just average response times, and not an exact time on when a GM will look at your ticket. If it says average wait time is 10 days and 15 hours, it does not mean a GM will look and respond your ticket in exactly 10 days and 15 hours.
