My ticket has been active for 16 hours now, normally for a refund it never takes this long. How long am I supposed to be expecting this to take? “24/7 is what is advertised now”
The 24/7 is referring to the presence of game masters and the automated refund service (among others), not that tickets are answered instantly.
Response times are hovering around 4 days or so, last we were informed by an SFA.

Ticket times are rather high right now at around the 3-4 day range for response. Refund requests, if ticketed correctly, are taking around 24 to 48 hours.

The time literally has jumped up on my ticket several times now. It also is a small refund request too.
Yes, what that is showing you is merely an estimated remaining time until your ticket reaches the front of the queue. Without knowing the content of someone’s ticket before they claim it, an exact time cannot possibly be determined, and the tickets are taken in order of submission.

The size of the refund request doesn’t matter. What matters is if the refund is able to be granted since all digital purchases are final, and refunds are given only if certain criteria are met.
So he just said up above that request refunds take “24-48 hours” but my ticket will take 3 days and 5 hours on top of it sitting at a day not even from when i made this ticket 16 hours ago?
There are some ticket categories that are prioritized over others, yes-- they are usually related to account accessibility, however. I can’t speak to the validity of refunds having the same priority, but have no reason to doubt it.

I have an achievement problem and I submitted a ticket which was just rejected. 6 days ago I made another ticket and it still says I have to wait 9 days for an answer. Hope we get some responses soon…
Ticket times are indeed a bit high right now, but to be clear Stopdropnrun, your ticket has not been opened as long as you’re claiming.
You attempted but appear to have abandoned multiple self-service refund requests. After that, you then opened a manual ticket requesting a refund for a Faction Change service, but later abandoned that one as well before a Game Master could review it.
11 hours ago you opened a new ticket. Then started and abandoned a few other tickets including another couple self-service refunds, an account penalty appeal, and a self-service mail return request.
Your 11 hour old ticket is currently being reviewed.
