Just curious if it’s normal to have my in game ticket timer at 15 days 11 hours, created the ticket yesterday but it seems to keep going up and up and i was really hoping to get a response soon.
Thanks

TIcket times are averaging 7-8 days that would be a display error what do u need a ticket for maybe we can help.
I boosted a character with the heroic upgrade but i’m not happy with the choice but due to lack of class trials it was the only way to find out, tracking that it says it can’t be undone i actually just want to use the boost on a different character.
Not after a refund or anything and they actually helped me with this in TBC classic so i was hoping i could just do it again but with the ticket timer set that long it’s gonna be a while lol
im gona be honest with you the first reversal was realy lucky and quite possibly a one time thing the odds of a 2nd one arent gona be high.
I understand that but it doesn’t hurt to ask, I think because there’s no class trial feature maybe they’re a bit more understanding?
This is realy unlikely otherwise players would be opening massive ammounts of ticket to get a boost reversed because of buyer remorse.
I still want the boost, just on a different character.
Then purchase one will probably be ur only recourse. I realy dont see u getting a 2nd reversal.
Honestly if you haven’t got anything helpful to say i might wait to reply to someone that does. Have a good one!
Im free to post where I want as long as my account is in good standing just because u dont like the answer doesnt make it wrong.
Good for you
As Darth said, that they allowed you to revert a boost once was a pretty major exception. Those sorts of situations are very rare, and often a one-time deal. And those exceptions can and will be marked against your account to keep it from being granted a second time. I remember an instance where it had been years and an expansion or two between the first time this person requested a long shot exception (which was granted), and then they got all blown out of proportion that how dare they deny him asking it again with all that time in-between!!
One time, yeah. Doesn’t hurt to ask. A second time indicates a pattern of behavior and they will call you to task for it. No, there are no character trials for Classic iterations. You have to do your own leg work and experiment some if you’re not sure about what you’re boosting. It’s not their fault you decided against a class, not once, but twice now.
Once again, I understand. Firstly this topic I made is about ticket timers and secondly I said it doesn’t hurt to ask, I don’t think it really requires you to psychoanalyze me and establish that I deserve it because I make poor decisions. I would’ve deleted this topic already because clearly it’s going nowhere haha
Who said I think you deserved anything? I pointed out what was policy and what I’ve seen from my time here on CS. It wasn’t malicious or anything of the sort. You posted here in Customer Support. This forum is one for players assist other players, and so long as our accounts are in good standing and the rules are being followed, anyone can post here in any thread. There is no staff here - no Devs, no GMs - outside of our SFAs. And they don’t resolve tickets or the like.
As for the ticket times, I will say that the estimated time is a bit wacky. That time is calculated by the oldest ticket in the system. Ticket times right now are really off the chain due to two new expansions (and a third looming on the horizon), some ban waves and just all sorts of other muck. Under normal circumstances, most tickets are resolved in a day or less. Right now, I’ve seen variations ranging between 6-10ish days.
