How long does blizzard normally take to respond to tickets? My problem seems like an easy fix but my ticket has been opened for about 15-16 hours now. Does blizzard respond to tickets on the weekend? Sorry, i’m fairly new.
Right now the current wait for tickets is usually 2-4 days.

Depending on your issue, as Jugend mentioned, it can take upwards of 4 days.
