My ticket queue is full with a resolved ticket and 2 tickets that are over 10 months old that have not been purged from the queue. I cannot post a new ticket. please someone clear my ticket queue. My account: Atadistance; Lightbringer. I will provide my email if requested.

I was going to post a ticket because I have a in-game issue but cannot do so because my ticket queue is full.
Whats the ingame issue not everything can be handled by a gm.
Not necessary since you are posting on the account in question. I’ll send this up, those old tickets need to be cleared. It is usually pretty quick but can take a few days.

I’m a battle pet collector but I currently can not access The Maw Or Zereth Mortis to collect the p[ets there. SO>>> I was attempting to do the shadowlands story line to obtail access to these zones one of my toons is supposed to pick up “All An Aspirant Can Do” next in the story line but the quest giver is nowhere to be seen. she is not at the location listed on wowhead and I can not find her at any of her other spawn points. so I’m stuck.
Is there another way I should go about accessing these zones?
You’ll probably get more responses asking in the Quests forum.
Whatever you do, don’t put in a ticket asking for this information. GMs are not allowed to provide game hints, which asking where the quest giver is, or accept bug reports, if the quest giver isn’t where the developers intended it to be. You’d just be adding pointless non-actionable tickets to some unlucky overworked GM’s backlog.

Yeah, that is not something a GM can help with.
Make sure you have Trivial Quests turned on.
On the character in question, please copy and paste a script into the chat box. A True is completed, False is not.
The quest has different IDs based on the class of your character. On the WoWhead page, please click on the appropriate class in the table of them near the bottom. On that page, half way down the page will be a long chat string/script that you can use to see if it’s done. Hope that made sense!
This is the quest directly before the one you think you should be on. If it’s false, see if you can pick this one up.
