why do all my tickets get marked resolved when they arent, and im told to reopen if i need more help but there is no way to reopen the ticket?

other thread got locked for literally no reason without my original question being addressed by either support person that answered, ironic.

It was answered, and a Blue told you what you account action was on Overwarch that you broguht to the WoW forums for some reason.

overwatch forums dont have customer support, and this question has nothing to do with the ban

A Game Master will mark a ticket as resolved when they provide an answer. While the overall issue may not be resolved, but the individual ticket has been closed. In situations where you may need more help then you can usually reopen the ticket to request that.

If we have provided all that we can in a situation, then there isn’t anything more we can tell you. In the case of an appeal, once it has been reviewed and upheld, then generally speaking, nothing more will come of it.

Specifically, your appeal was reviewed, multiple times. It has been upheld and no further review will be possible.

It was stated why the thread was locked.

It does, considering all of the tickets that I’m looking at have to do with contesting the ban.

Mostly because several other posters already provided an answer.

Example:

I am locking this one. Please do not create a new one, Monsuno. We have provided all of the answers we are able to.
