And what the issue you have that you open a ticket for?

If they are appeals and your told no further appeals then that would be why.

its literally any ticket

A ticket is marked resolved when a GM has sent an answer. That does not mean the issue is 100% resolved, just that that individual ticket has been replied to. If the reply does not help, you would use the option to ask for more help, or open another ticket and reference the first ticket number if needed.

Keep in mind that GMs are limited in what they can do. Here is a good post on what GMs can, and can’t, do.

Please also be aware, there have been no dial in numbers for over 10 years, and there is no longer phone callback or Live chat. All interactions are done via ticket.

Open a new ticket and refer to the other ticket number when you do so.

ive tried that

It would help to know what you are asking?

There are things that GM’s can not help with such as resolving bugs, exchanging gear, resolving raid loot issues, technical issues, etc. If it’s something that they cannot help with, more than likely they will give you instructions on how to proceed and will mark the ticket as resolved.

Reading the link that Mirasol provided above will help you understand what GMs can and cannot do.

Are you referring to your OW ban and has been twice upheld for toxicity?

I highly doubt that im sure orlyia can shed some light.

Just you let you know; the blues here are able to see report chat-lines in reports. Orlya could give you some reminders, as I’m sure it’s more then what ya typed.

That does fall under toxicity. As Orlyia said, it’s been upheld twice, so it’s highly unlikely the penalty will be overturned.

Keep in mind, the forums in general aren’t the place to appeal.

I would say telling someone “u suck” is toxic and Blizzard seems to agree.
Also not sure why you’re posting in the WoW forums about an OW2 ban but regardless it’s better to not say anything at all rather than be mean to other players.

actually i didnt even say u suck this time i have no clue why i was banned

You don’t have to be disparaging to anyone. If you have nothing nice to say, keep it to yourself. Then you’re not sitting where you are.

They will only take so many appeals on sanctions anymore, it seems.

how am i supposed to know ill get banned for this stuff if its fine in LITERALLY every single other game on the market, and whenever I ask what i said to get banned so i dont say anything similar i just get an automated reply telling me i broke tos

Just so you know, any toxicity towards another player is frowned upon. Masked or spelled out profanity is also frowned upon. If you have to say something say it to your screen. Takes a lot of energy to type something out and hit return. Less to scream at your screen.

It’s all in the user agreement that you agree to every expac. Maybe you should have a read, am sure someone can link the appropriate user agreements that we all sign.

If I had to take a guess, you have multiple past account actions for your language towards other players. Blizzard does not permit toxic name calling, profanity, masked profanity, insults, etc. You can certainly THINK them, but you need to refrain from saying them in Blizzard games.

Blizzard does close licenses after repeated social infractions. That sounds like what happened.

You have already appealed and it sounds like it was upheld. That is likely the end of the appeal chain for you.
