This makes me wonder if they are somewhat having a protest on the CS wing by making ticket longers which causes even more players to be unhappy which leads to more frustrations and more people leaving…
I think people working over there should start taking things easy now a bit considering that more people leaving in the long run means less money and less money means people getting fired in the long run… it has been already shown that even on records of profits nobody is safe.

my last few tickets were about mail sent to a wrong character, which they bounced back to me.
and the issue with the garrison where you get capped on artifact fragments but can’t solve because the race hasn’t been unlocked yet… they unlocked the race so i could begin solves and loot more fragments.

without the context of the entire exchange, we can’t tell if you were inside the raid, or simply in the raid zone… where you’d still technically be in the Maw.
Either way, there’s nothing a GM can do about stygia loss, or bugs.
If stygia is lost as the result of a bug, which has happened to a lot of folks, it’s just gone.
That’s an appeal to authority fallacy. I’ve seen blues come along and were wrong. Using vague terms trying to blow smoke then locking a thread before the person can say “wait, that’s not true…”
Direct insults using vulgar language break the rules. Any moderator with any amount of competency will agree.
Though that wasn’t the case. Threads remain, infractions are cherry-picked. This isn’t some big secret.
You won’t convince me that the people who try blowing smoke, saying the ticket system is good are not either deliberately being dishonest or just don’t know any better.
Make sure you have the person on ignore and anything they say to you Never reply. Document who contacts you and when. That must be stated in your ticket. Also the communication is in wow and not on discord as wow gm’s can not see anything on discord.
A long time ago, I reported another player for harassment. The GM that responded was so kind and understanding, and he made it clear that the other player would be punished. He even RPd with me for a bit to make me feel better. The customer service back then was so incredible!
they don’t personally answer tickets anymore, expect in rare cases. they most certainly wouldn’t want to talk to someone making your kind of ticket in person because it would be a waste of their time.
I don’t ever recall waiting more than a day to get an answer to a ticket.
or maybe they’ve only had positive interactions, with all issues dealt with in a timely manner, and without expecting GMs to do stuff which they simply aren’t permitted to do.

or… maybe it’s because humans respond to tickets, and sometimes they get stuff wrong.
…which is why there’s the option to reopen tickets.
Not that it would matter in this case, because you’re asking a GM to do something they can’t do.
…or you’re simply not aware of what GMs can and can’t do.

i find it hard to believe that they’d choose to be selective about who they help, and that they simply choose to brush certain people off, while going above and beyond for others time and time again.
The system is fine, and it works well.

I’ve learned to expect no different. Especially from people like Nobully. People tend to make jokes a belittle people going through harassment all the time. I try not to pay it any mind but It’s how the majority of the community acts.
Typically my experience with the CS has been pretty good. I don’t tend to use it all that much but the couple of times had game issues, they were able to resolve them in pretty short time frame. Right now I bet they are flooded with people who are trying to fight to get some kind of “refund” either for the subscription or SLs itself.
Sounds a out right, made a ticket about the teleporter to gnomer in classic not working, took a week to get a canned reply telling me “they used to fix it in the past but we’re strictly told to not assist individual players in classic”. It got changed and fixed in P2, but a lot of druids we’re pissed.
