No they won’t. This is essentially a BlizzCon goodie bag, which would have otherwise been tacked on to the BlizzCon and Virtual Ticket packages as the only way to obtain them. Fortunately, it is available through September 15th, so people have plenty of time to decide if they really want it.
30 years together “CELEBRATION” only if you buy things we made for you? Rather then “CELEBRATING” and GIFting that mount for sticking with Blizz for 30 years?
Welcome to most companies and organizations in existence! Are you going to yell at the Olympics next? How about food chains who bring back items for sale for a limited time during their anniversaries? Maybe we should rage against charities who sell anniversary items, too?
What?!?! I have to buy their (rumored) 100 years of magic collectors set next year?!?! Should I be getting that for free? I don’t plan on watching Snow White, so why do I have to buy that as part of the bundle?
Yes, they should’ve just called it that unfortunately “Blizzcon Goodies” or something. There have always been Blizzcon goodies, but this one is just too wild for everyone.
People can’t figure it out themselves and think that they should be given free stuff for no reason. Idk why.
We’re being gifted a mount later this quarter. This is just a BlizzCon tradition, online goodies for all of the games. Just there’s a mount this time, and I imagine the bear and whelp are a call back to BC as that was the original BlizzCon bear.
You weren’t able to buy that separately, nor the flying mounts a few years ago.
You’re actually getting a free mount this year. First tree mount we’ve ever gotten as well. They even did community involvement by letting us vote on it.
No, you don’t deserve anything. It’s a blizzcon goodie bag. Just like they do EVERY YEAR. This is literally NO different.
Sounds like you are the GREEDY one. You do realize they are celebrating 30 Years of BLIZZARD the company right? This isn’t a 30 year WoW anniversary. I bet you think Blizzcon is supposed to be only for WoW also huh?
Ah man, the greed of a 13 year old tradition. So diabolical and evil.
We can call Blizzard greedy for so many different things. But the BlizzCon goody bag has been going on since at least 2008 with the original Blizzard Bear and murloc suit.
