I contact “support” or “report a bug” and they THREATEN TO SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT AGAIN. They say that I am “being disrespectful” “threatening” to fellow players. I AM NOT. I am a Christian and I WOULD NEVER do such a thing. I ask for their “proof” and they are NOT FORTHCOMING. Just the threat because, apparently, I have hit a nerve exposing Blizzard’s lack of professionalism. Please feel free to comment on my post but don’t expect a response. When I gather enough screenshots I will turn this issue over to my lawyers.
Our Game Master Interaction policy outlines acceptable behavior when seeking support.
This is not something we usually have to enforce since most players that reach out are respectful and understanding. However, in some rarer cases a user may not be willing to accept an answer that has been provided. They may open multiple tickets to request something that has already been denied to them. This takes time away from other players who are seeking assistance for other things our support teams may be able to provide.
When a player continues down this path, they may run into conflict with this policy. Specifically:
Submitting Multiple Tickets or Spamming
Submitting multiple tickets, or spamming, on an issue which has previously been addressed by customer support is unproductive. Such behavior may include submitting tickets with gibberish, copy and paste from previous tickets, repeated appeals, and making demands for resolutions which are out of our scope of support.
We will issue a warning first, to inform the player of the policy and let them know that they need to stop. If the behavior continues after this warning then the account may be subject to further restrictions.
Edit:
For the sake of transparency, I will note that there was a rather large and unproductive discussion that occurred in this topic. I have removed that entire discussion in order to provide a direct response to the original post.
