Threat issues

Since the maintenance today, me and my guild have been noticing that tanks are having threat issue. Bear tanks are having issues keeping mobs and my BDK is also having major threat issues. DnD seems to not even generate threat at the moment.

Did they change something during maintenance? I had a small download today but nothing on the forums…

Was this during a raid? None of the dps had their threat modifiers turned on/active? The tanks in my guild haven’t had any issues in the dungeons they have ran.
