Yoof, that’s a long read. But unfortunately it does not help you win any favors in a general sense, nothing specific. Your only chance at successfully appealing an account action, permanent or otherwise, is by utilizing the ticket system.
Bear in mind it is not a guarantee, but they do sometimes tend to escalate a situation for deeper review if anything stands out. It also isn’t a place for you to plead your case or deliver some genuine plea and promise to never do it again, it’s simply a request to put your case in front of another pair of eyes to look over the data.
Sometimes it works out, sometimes it does not. We can only wish you the best of luck here.

The thread wasn’t locked because you marked a post as a solution, it doesn’t work like that. Your previous thread was locked because all relevant information had been given, your questions answered, and the discussion had reached its logical end.
Continuing a moderated thread is actually a breach of the forum code of conduct, yes.

I apologize for the misunderstanding of how the lock works. I am not intending to rehash the content of the last thread, I’m just pointing out that the context of it serves this one and that I was unsure if it would have been better for these topics to be joined.
This would be only done by a ticket, the CS forum, along with the rest of the forums, isn’t a means to plea a case, nor try to talk about other cases. There’s no one on the appeal team that handle them read the forms and doesn’t add any weight to their calls. They only go by their logs, not what someone says to them, or use of a phrase.

I’m just going to point out a couple of things, Jeppia:
- Every suspension, every account closure, in fact, every action Blizzard takes towards another player are different. Even if the reasoning seems the same, each action is completely different to yours. Just because some people were able to be given a second chance, does not mean they were actioned for the exact same thing as you. Each action taken towards the person, would be taken for what the individual has done, or would have on their own computers.
- The forums are not a place to really discuss disciplinary actions taken against the account. In fact, it is actually against the Forum Code of Conduct for these sort of topics. Sure, we get threads of people saying they get suspended/banned, but this is a player to player help forum. We here help pointing people in the right direction on where to go if they get any form of account action. But this is not really the place to discuss account actions.
- It is also a far worse idea to create a new thread after the previous thread was closed. And shouldn’t need to explain why.
