I know assassination has taken over, but was curious how people feel about sub in arena (both playing as it, and against it). Just did my first few solo shuffles and it didn’t feel quite as strong as last season but could have just been my experience. Thoughts?
If they can’t kill you in a DR cheap shot they will say they’re bad.

Idk if it will compete with assassination damage(it does good damage already but its just not assassination), but 4 set should be a nice boost in damage for sure.
Sub is undercover busted and only not being spam played because Assa can tab dot everyone and do top damage.

Maybe my dmg rotation needs some work, but I was definitely struggling with damage in my lobbies. Was also just being shut down a lot during my goes which likely played a role. Outside of burst, dmg is basically non existent as sub.
Also, not sure the 2/4 set bonus will do a ton for sub rogue. They focus on boosting dmg on backstab and eviscerate dmg after shadow dance ends….so essentially dmg not during your burst window, which on sub rogue is almost meaningless imo.
2 set not that big compared to 4 set. Sub does no damage outside of cd anyways. Been like this for a bit.
