Thanks, Highvoltage, we’re aware of that happening. The license still appears to be on all the accounts, but for some reason the game is not recognizing it, or ceasing to recognize it. A chargeback isn’t about getting what you paid for, it is about getting the money back for what you paid for. If that is what you want to do, I’d recommend requesting a refund.
