I’m not sure if anyone else feels this way about 10.1 but it’s caused me to unsub. I can’t see myself playing this for like 4-5 months.
I know this isn’t an airport but I will genuinely miss the community and friends I made. I doubt I’ll be back for 10.2 especially if it’s another rare farm zone like forbidden reach or the caverns.
Please try something new blizzard. I can’t tell you what that is and I’m only speaking for myself but I really dislike this zone style. It’s very boring and uninspired.
The new zone wouldn’t have been bad had there been more distinction between areas in terms of aesthetics and if they hadn’t done this silly low drop lockouts and rotations of areas. The events also need too many people and there were way too many bugs and poor respawn rates.
And if they would learn to separate the raid story from the open world story. Don’t gate my open world content behind a raid.
Pretty much this, Blizz killed world content in the new zone with a boneheaded change, then people wonder why the zone is dead and there is minimal content outside dungeons and raids. I sometimes believe Blizz is trying to kill the World and make this into a lobby based instanced game.
The new zone, there where mostly 2.5k io players there on my servers doing the rares for crests, but now theres no one theres since they dont need them no more… only thing people still do is researchers
I just think it’s funny that the patchly “I’m quitting” threads kind of fell flat when people didn’t actually quit so they started making them with throwaway anonymous characters.
Don’t worry though, they will do the same thing they did to try and boost MDI viewership and offer a title for watching it. Just goes to prove this whole eSports thing they love so much is a failure. Especially if they have to bribe people to watch.
