I thought that rares could be done as many times as you like. Also there was no flying. That wouldn’t go over well these days, no sir. 
Rares have generally always been on either a daily or weekly lockout, now they might not have it out there.
There was also zero reason to kill them outside Houlan
10.1 is probably the worst patch ive seen in my history of playing the game.
Not only is it horrible, tedious, and completely devoid of any life. But it also all but invalidated the old world zones activities.
(Unless you really want the flightzones)
So we have no content from the new zone. And nothing to gain from the old zones.
What exactly is a player meant to do outside of their weekly quests?
I am honestly really confused about their intent with this patch and if this is really the direction they want to take their game in.

Most of them had pretty underwhelming toys but I think had a chance of dropping the 535(?) upgrade token, so a lot of people chased those.
Mop was also a fun time, although the dudebros who were upset about pandas decided to sit it out and miss out on one of the best expansions (then come back for wod, one of the worst that nearly killed the game).

People act like there was EVER good world content in this game lol, i really don’t even know a current mmo that has amazing world content, even FF people complain the world is dead

I currently do not have any version of WoW installed on my computer and my D4 preorder was canceled over the token.

Yes, they do, all the time.
Leveling zones are dead after the first month, only people out there are in a train once a day to kill hunts, or gathering.
