This is why ticket times go up

What if I told you that was, like, your opinion, man? No, really. I have had nothing but good experiences with BlizzardCS. Last ticket was answered in literally less than 15 hours, and it was written by a real person, and it fixed my issue, AND it was after the supposed Great CS Purge.

You may have had a bad experience with CS, I grant you. I dont know. But I do know that CS has been great for me, and many many others. One bad experience doesn’t make the entire department ‘poor’.

This is far better structured than anything I could manage and the second paragraph was an excellent thought I did not know how to fit into the current chain.

It isn’t only my experiences, though. Yet for some reason others who have bad experiences don’t count? When it happens enough, the few times that CS gets it right are like drops in a bucket. It shouldn’t be happening at all.

Are you suggesting that sub-par customer service is good? Because customer service is one of those things that is either good or just not good enough - and that’s bad. Customer service is either good, or it falls short of fulfilling its obligations and mission purpose. “Meh” customer service is not good. Hell, it may not even be costumer service.

A “meh” heart surgeon is a bad heart surgeon. A “meh” attorney is a bad attorney. Some things either work or they don’t.

I’m not saying anyone is a bad person for accepting this either. Or that they are wrong. I’m just saying that you can either accept that this is the way it is and keep playing, or not accept it and stop playing. OP is misguided here. It’s not about “is this true” or “is this correct.” It’s about what you as a consumer are willing to put up with.

They dont count when, like this thread started, when the person is outright lying or gaming the system to prove a point. The entire point of this thread was to point out people are making problems themselves. Dude literally put in a false ticket. Am I the only one that sees an issue with that?

I look at it this way, if you have to lie or otherwise game the system to prove your point, your argument is automatically worthless.

Did they lie? Do you have proof that they lied? Because otherwise all you have to your argument is confirmation bias by throwing out others’ experiences as “untrue.”

Do I have video evidence of them commiting the act? Course not. We do have a confession, though. He literally admitted he inputted a ticket he knew was false.

I haven’t read the Reddit thread but if that’s true, then he has serious issues. Life is too short to make fake tickets to video game employees. That’s screwed up.

I think the players who get terrible customer service should be the people who DESERVE terrible customer service, the ones causing it.

Maybe we should have Customer Service Rankings which go up and down based on a players behavior in the game. Rank 3- the way things are now. Rank 2- one premium ticket per month. Rank 1- unlimited premium tickets. (New accounts start at Rank 1)

Bad behavior = down one rank.

Maybe people will think twice before cursing in trade, or sending someone a hate filed whisper because they have the wrong gem socketed, or make their toon’s name as vulgar as possible and say to themselves “Naa I’m not gonna do that, I wanna keep my Rank 1”

This is what supposedly happened, full on. He claims he has no actions on his account, none, period, but he goes to the Appeal part of the Ticket system, and submits a ticket asking why he was banned. A Template response was replied with, informing that the ‘ban’ was upheld.

Now, clearly, he knows that he has ‘no actions’, and thus he knows he is submitting a false ticket. That is the entirety of his claim that CS is automated and doesn’t look at tickets, despite knowing about CS using templates.

Clearly, either he has had actions on his account that the GM was looking at, and thus the reply, OR the GM used a template to get through a ticket faster. Yet the person is using this as proof positive that BlizzardCS, this forum, and every single person saying otherwise is lying and part of a massive conspiracy.

I apologize for not giving a more clear picture of whats going on in my original post.

look.

the asmongold thing has been debunked to death.

the squelch has existed for a very long time.

what you think you’re seeing, isn’t what you’re actually seeing.

it’s almost as if streamers get lots of views from making outrageous claims.

Gaslighting. Again. M’kay.

Let’s look back, shall we?

That specifically says ticket wait times aren’t up since the layoffs. Because they aren’t.

That specifically refers to your situation and why it may have taken a week.

And then I said again:

Which backs up exactly what I said before.

I cannot be any more clear than I have been.

Have a good day.
