While you are entitled to your opinion as to why you would leave the game…how much customer service do you need to play a game? I mean in general how much interaction do you actually have with “customer service” on regular basis?

Their customer service is bad, opening tickets 99% of the time results in being told they can’t do anything or go look up solutions somewhere else lol.
I guess that’s what happens when you lay off hundreds of employees…
In fairness, they definitely used to.
I got a Heroic (before Mythic was a thing) Thunderforged ring from Horridon in ToT because the Lootmaster made a mistake and put in a ticket to try and get a piece of loot reassigned (she had a duplicate in her bags already and it’s unique equipped - realized later).
Also, ticket was for Normal Horridon. Maybe mistakes like that are why they’re more hesitant now, idk.
