Yeah, I realize it was a bug fix and not a balance pass, but given we were gonna lose damage from it these changes should have come with 9.1.
Sucks not knowing whether you were still gonna be worth bringing midway through prog.

Ok i just tried it with the xuen legendary with serenity and oml im having fun in pvp. Criting for 12k with 180 ilvl feels awesome cant wait to gear up.
