one single hit, FULL gear gens, enchants mage, elite 8/8 all, and got a hit by 96k…
Thats not fun… Game is not about skill anymore, this is about lucky…

They, like other specs are broken during prepatch getting like an extra 40% mastery from covenants which is an extra 40% more dmg.

I love when people say this like the game hasn’t always had broken and toxic things in it for people to low effort cheese for rating.
It sucks but outside of an extreme the only way you’re dying in 1 hit to it is if they do the ramp up version so just use a defensive.
Just because he’s pointing out how hard it is for a mage to die to an evoker doesn’t mean he can’t post here.
Learn to play around it or wait the 4 days until DF and the meta changes.

After reading the forums this week, I feel like I’m the only one that doesn’t care when there’s an evoker in the arena.
Seeing 8/10 of them cast sequence landslide > deep breath > shattering star > tip firebreath I yawn.

I love pressing Time Stop into their opener. It’s hilarious to watch them still pop everything to have it do nothing.
Dbl Dh is pretty close to unhealable damage. it’s insane

I think arena has turned me into a nihilist. Did 3’s with Aqua and Sockems the other night. DH/DK is literally unhealable right now in preseaason, I was laughing about it instead of going into cursing rants like I typically do.

Wait until you encounter an assa rogue at 70 with thistle tea, echoing reprimand, sepsis, and the latest castsequence macro from palumor. You’ll be praying to get evokers in your ss games.
