I imagine that belief comes from the liberal use of caps lock in your forum posts. As well as the way you hold yourself here in the forums.
This topic is old though, can’t we all just agree to disagree. The whole issue is on morality and considering that is subjective I do not think a consensus can be reached here.
Blizzard did this weird thing where they removed Group Loot for being too toxic, then brought it back having fixed none of the problems that contributed to it being toxic, apparently expecting them to just magically fix themselves.
So now loot in LFR and pugs is predictably a cesspool.
I find that there is a corelation between people who inspect someone who wins a roll and someone who complains on general forums about people stealing their loot.
Nope. I roll, close the ten different loot notifications that pop up after killing a boss, and it either drops into my bags or my bank or it doesn’t. I only inspect people to look at their transmog.
personal loot you dont need to roll on anything and what you get is yours until u want to give it away, or block ‘‘need’’ if the guy already had an better item in slot
It’s pure selfishness that can be easily resolved with pl or not, you can’t expect all people to be good to each other
PL is the worst. It’s fairer but it’s the worst. I’m still convinced it was designed to slow everyone’s progress to a crawl and move away from the guaranteed items dropping.
I’d rather be ninja’d six times than see nothing drop a dozen times.
The way Personal Loot was implemented in the past, you could make the drama against yourself go to zero by not looting the boss and having the item sent to your mailbox. I never once had it fail.
