More customization options are always a good thing. World of Warcraft is a fictional universe with fictionalized characters. Sometimes real life is inspired by events and characters that we see in-game. Itâs always been like this for 15 years.
If you arenât happy with the options that will be available in Shadowlands, feel free to play as a character that best depicts your playing style and the options that are tailored to your liking.
If disliking the options so much that they cause you to be tormented emotionally and mentally, then I suggest quitting World of Warcraft and finding other avenues to enhance your calm a little bit.
