Considering how many subs WoW has lost in the time Shadowlands has been out, I would wager most people have done exactly this.
Or, keep complaining because you want the game to be better. You do understand that just because people hate something, it doesn’t mean they have to stop playing it, right? More importantly, you do understand that there are two other clients that aren’t retail, right?
Blizzard is still making boku money for other reasons.
Blizzard is a company and they don’t care about your complaints. They’ll milk the players other ways. You have every right to complain, but if you are paying for a sub, your complaint means nothing.
That is unless it somehow convinces someone else not to play the game and Blizzard has metrics on that.
I just looked through your profile and the only thing you said was 9.1 added 71 mounts. I see you fighting and slinging mud at other posters mostly.

Okay, well there are at least three examples from three separate commenters in this thread (probably more, if I looked hard enough) that would strongly implicate that it’s not as easy of a conclusion to come to as you might think it is.
Notice how not a single person you singled out mentioned gear. Notice how gear wasn’t even part of the discussion until you brought it up, nor did anyone else reach that conclusion. I would guess it is a personal issue.
