I think with items like Ineffable truth and corruptions was to create a Diablo type MMO. In Diablo there is your Bladestorm type attack for Barbs and with the right gear you can maintain it all the time with every CD having 100% uptime.
I would love to see what can now have 100% uptime in WoW. I mean go crazy with this gear and see if you can have Perma Wings or Perma Bladestorm and just spin to win!!!
All joking aside Activision has long been tampering with a Diablo MMO where they take the best of both worlds. Here we are in 8.3 which is the Beta for that very game. It might not be balanced but we might see some really silly builds for an RPG that is just nuts and fun. So just go crazy with it I want to see someone achieve some silly results!
Just remember this is Beta for the Diablo MMO.
Edit- Don’t forget the return of LEGENDARIES!!! Lots of them but they do seem like they are fully customizable this time.
Of course I like gear this is an RPG the reason we log in is to get gear. Just saying over the last few years they been making this game more like Diablo and 8.3 is a Beta for a true Diablo MMO where you have hack and slash ARPG but in a true open world environment.
Yea the Fun in RPGs is getting gear. That is why we play RPGs. I don’t enjoy or have fun in games that don’t reward powerful gear. That is why I only play RPGs because I know what I like.

you are so delusional some times. you literally said like 2 posts ago you love how corruption and customization is amazing. and NOW you complain about having too much customization? whats wrong with you bud.
I will never complain about having too much customization. Not sure where you even are getting this from or how you possibly think I am complaining. I want customization ontop of customization with a side of it. I love games like Diablo and PoE. Diablo 2 is my favorite game of all time it had the best PvP ever.
Maybe im the odd one out on this, but I like being able to customize my character further and focus on different stuff. If I wanna be a low cooldown monster, i wanna be a leechlord, w/e i think its fun.
Remember how garbage those were in legion? me too, and no one liked farming squirrel nuts just for a RNG item drop that was tied to basically what was PPM drop rates forcing the player to farm in waves like a job.
I like this vendor system, wish they had a limit on how many of one type of corruption you could have and didn’t make the damn vendor rng on when the corruption is available.
