Just to be clear “who started it” isn’t a factor. Someone else violating our policies does not excuse you yourself doing it. If you believe someone violated our Code of Conduct, report it.
No, you weren’t. That isn’t how it works. With the right click report option people don’t just report you… they report what you said. So even if that person could use multiple characters to report you (which doesn’t work because only one report per account is recognized), they would have to be present when said what you did.
The simple facts are, you broadcast expletives in General chat. Other players saw it and reported you. That created a report to have the chat reviewed. The chat was reviewed, we found that there were multiple lines of toxic chat including an F-bomb, all in a public channel. As this wasn’t your first chat violation, the penalty was a suspension instead of just a silence.
They read fine, including where you are attempting to insult and belittle our staff… but there was no validity to your claim and our Support staff does not usually comment regarding other player’s accounts.
