How about you stay on topic instead of talking about dinner? Explain, precisely, why you think the game is so “chaotic” when it pretty much spoon feeds you content as you level up.

The main pages of whatever you look up on Wowhead are never useful, the comments are what you want.

You are continuing to refuse to discuss the topic of this thread. Why are you even posting if you’re not going to engage in constructive debate?

Why do you think this game is so “chaotic” when it isn’t even remotely close to being as complicated as you claim it to be, especially for someone just starting out.

A level 10 doesn’t actually have any sort of “rotation” to learn–and they probably won’t be level 10 long enough for it to make any difference anyway. There’s a lot of good info in the new players guide, plus they can always ask questions on the new player’s forum.

Or they can just play the game. It really isn’t at all hard to learn the basics, and when they’re ready to do more there are plenty of places online where they can get good info if they need help with any aspect of the game. WoW is not by any means a difficult game.

I think there should be a legitimate quest helper website because wowhead only distracts you further and tries to sell you on buying merchandise… it really does not tell you locations for things or a step by step guide. It’s a scam really to be put on the first result of google search.

If you want a step-by-step guide, try Lord Google and read down the page. You will get lots of hits for any quest you put in, usually including several youtube videos that are indeed, step-by-step.

However, I’ve personally never had any trouble using Wowhead and following the excellent advice (and way points) players put in the comments.

And your interpretation of wowhead is, uh, creative, that’s for sure. There are problems with the website, but nothing like what you described.

If you have questions read the rest because I know how you have been operating based on what I’ve seen and you’re aggressive in the forums, demanding and extremely disrespectful. You do realize we all started somewhere, right? And I know a ton of people who, with every single game they’ve ever picked up, always read the game website first and the new player guide-- especially for MMOs, because they all work differently.

There is no MMO out there that I’ve ever played that isn’t complex. Game companies put new player guides and in game tutorials into things for a reason. This isn’t some new concept.

The fact that you try to treat it so smugly as if somehow a decade ago it didn’t exist and we all knew how to play from day one, shows me that you’re just here to argue for no good reason.

Please point out to me where it says any of that in the New Player Guide link that I posted. I’ll wait.
