solid effort Blizz but enough playtesting, disable Azerite in rated Arena/RBGs and give back vendors (that will also sell helm/chest/shoulder pieces)

if azerite was not a thing this expansion would of been good
I feel like most of the huge imbalances in PvP so far have come from azerite traits. 8.1 will only carry on this plague with new traits being introduced.
