The bank blew my mind yesterday. This is the first time I have double gathering and am actually trying to make gold.
There needs to be a button that just auto uses all the Tmog Warbound stuff. Obviously I want to use everything as Tmog, I shouldn’t need to go click every single item to have it become Warbound untill Equip.
Blizzard still has QoL work to do.

One of the biggest criticisms of the profession system change in Dragonflight was that once you got to 50 in a profession it was very difficult to skill up beyond that, because you were reliant on crafting orders from other players. The weekly quest for crafting orders could also be difficult to complete for the same reason unless you got on an alt, sent a private order to your crafter, and then logged over to the crafter to complete it.
Patron orders eliminate both of those issues. They’re always present for every player, you can use them to skill up and complete the weekly without issue. Sure, you use your own mats for the patron orders and you get a pathetic amount of gold for it, but it’s either that or struggle to fill crafting orders by other players which either get snapped up before you can do them, or are for items you don’t have the pattern for and can’t make.
I’ve been exhausted since launch about trying to accumulate knowledge points, this patron order system is annoying, one of my alts has zero patron orders even.
Optionally enjoyed very much by me and several others. I love working my professions, I’ve always crafted my own stuff for free.
Not all of us are buying a box of donuts just to have the one type of donut in it.
As always, I just do engineering for the little knick knacks.
I couldn’t care less about profs. I’ve never been able to make money with them, let the people who focus on that have their fun.

Yes the professions are horrible. This is one of those things Blizzard refuses to admit they did wrong. Instead they do things like the new patron orders to pretend the problem isn’t the professions.
I’m forever broke. Can never figure out how to make money. Only been playing for 20 yrs, its just never clicked for me.
They are still figuring things out with professions I guess. But I really wish you people would bother to actually give a more detailed complaint when it comes to what’s annoying and even, if you feel like it, add some suggestions on how to improve things. Instead of crying IT SAAAKS KILL IT. That’s why we can’t have nice things.
Just use an AH addon. I’m gonna get one when I actually start selling mats.

Im loving engineering so far, but I took tailoring yesterday…ugh…hate it so much I just deleted it a second ago.
other than bandages/bags I can just buy off the AH, what point is there to it?
Ive enjoyed tailoring in the past, but something just feels ‘annoying’ about it this time
I dont mind the grind aspect, but it DOES kill it for alts.
That kind of grind feels good…once…but on alts? No way Im doing that all again.

Yeah. I hated DF to begin with, didnt play for 6 months, then finished all of the content in 2 months at the end of the expansion.
Stuff changes. Feelings change. If im honest i always find some little niche in any game to enjoy. It will be no different this expansion
That’s the thing. They want all the stuf that professions give you but don’t like or want to craft.
Imagine if we said that rotations and raids were too overcomplicated/grindy.
My complaint is…some kind of account wide thing…or a catch up mechanic…for alts.
I want to be able to bring alts in and NOT have to spend that kind of time again 80% thru the expansion.
maybe make the progress on my main easily and quickly attained by alts…somehow?
see i dont care that they made professions more of an actual task to accomplish, however as someone who didnt do dragonflight and now returning to TWW i have no idea what im doing when it comes to professions, like now there is Quality levels and all these other aspects and like specific talent points you have to pick correctly and i think its just overly complicated structure. i think they were right to make professions a little harder to accomplish but they made it a lot harder than they should have

I just did a quick search. Rank 3 Bismuth is 345 gold per ore. You just need the profession to be maxed.
Bismuth is garbage tier also. That’s just the only ore I could remember off the top of my head.
Making gold is easy if you’re playing and selling. Not spending it is most people’s problem.
