I’m seriously wondering WHAT THE POINT OF THIS NEW UI IS WHEN THE PREVIOUS UPGRADE IS REQUIRED??!
This sums the whole expansion up pretty nicely.

I noticed this too but thought I was doing something wrong. Wanted to directly upgrade one of my items to a high rank and it wouldn’t let me. I was like huh? Had to do each level individually. Can’t tell if its just very misleading UI design or what
It’s only useful for seeing the honor costs I guess…but so half baked.

If you see the drop down menu over the right side with the number “5”, you are suppose to be able to skip past upgrading each stage and instead just upgrade to what you want it to be.
Basically suppose to be a time saver
