Character is not in the correct phase.
I cannot access the destroyed Undercity phase nor see a bronze dragon flight member to switch phases. Additionally I do not see the forsaken refugees on top of the front gate ramparts. It’s as if the battle for Lordaeron never happened on this level 50 character.
I’ve tried talking to Chrome and she has no help.
The npc name is Zidormi and she’s located outside the front door and east- does your map show the chat bubble where she is?
Nope she doesn’t exist for this character. I have other max level characters so I know where she’s at. Like I said in my post, its as if the battle for Lordaeron never happened on this character.

Did it? Did you either run the scenario or skip it using the skip provided by the quest giver? The way you’re asking, I would guess you did, but confirmation is useful.
You may need a “stuck on quest” ticket for GM attention. GM queues are running long, unfortunately, and you may get a template answer initially with self-help steps, but you can re-open the ticket to get actual GM interaction.
This character was never offered the quest to do the battle for Lordaeron scenario.
Looks like there is another report in Bug Report forum of this issue. You will probably want to add onto that thread, since this is nothing that Technical Support can do anything about.
