Hey, Ransyd !
This is related to the older AMD driver issue. Please try the workaround here:
Game crashes in Fullscreen mode on older AMD graphics cards
There is a known issue where certain supported graphics cards may crash while in fullscreen mode. To fix the problem, you can launch the game in windowed mode:
Open the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop App and select the WoW tab
Click Options and select Game Settings from the dropdown menu
In Game Settings, activate the option Additional command line arguments. Type in the following:
-windowed
Retest the game.
Cool beans. It worked. Thanks
any idea when or if this will be fixed, kinda seems lame that my computer can run the more advanced game with no problems but I get this same error and the only way to play classic is windowed.

There is no ETA for when this may be fixed, but our team is aware and working on a resolution.

A post was split to a new topic: Deadlyhotz - Crashes
This isn’t working for me. If I type “-windowed” it just gives me the same error when I try launching, any ideas?
