This "20 year anniversary" SUCKS

It’s why I keep saying this is stupid easy; I bought up all the sets, mogs, mount, pet and toys weeks ago and still had enough to get around 4k TW tokens.

The only excuse anyone has at this point is is that they either started late or that they’re bone @$$ lazy.

At some point, OP, you will get so many tokens you don’t know what to do with them. I have reached that point. I grinded out the first two weeks so I could get a couple sets and hit the 100 mark. Now… wowza.

I also suggest you do the secret finding quest stuff. It rewards some nice tokens too.

I started yesterday.

Even that is no excuse. You just have to do the event. Hit that token requirement, then just play the game and do your normal weekly content if that’s all you want to do to get tokens. Like you I can turn them in for 1000’s of TW tokens right now and I will towards the end. Should be enough to but every heirloom upgrade and mount I don’t already have.

And you are complaining already?

Sounds like someone was eating breakfast in a bathroom and the other person in there missed their mark.

Good news then, you still have a whole month to belt this out.

You are skipping a TON of content if you only gettin 14 a week.

I managed to buy everything that was for sale in about 3 weeks. I have been turning excess bronze to time walk tokens ever since.

You literally get 2 per Timewalking dungeon done.

Only once you have got 100 tokens, and timewalking dungeons suck to run and award nothing of worth…

I have so many left over after getting what i wanted im just buying ugly sets to use them up. I am probably the laziest and most casual player in this thread, they are practically thrown at you.

The 100 goes fast. But at 14, you weren’t even getting half that you can per week lol.

Do the secrets questline and crates. Plenty of extra tokens from that, and it’s no longer time-gated. The main questline chapters also give a repeatable amount on alts (not the full amount, but something like an extra 5 tokens per chapter per character), and the tokens are transferable. Combat is minimal and scales to level when it does.

Once you have 100 tokens earned (across all characters), you earn more from things like the BRD LFR bosses and other activities. This immensely speeds up the amount earned, to the point many players have far too many tokens.

It’s still a dumb and stingy system (especially for the first 100 tokens), but you can pretty much rush your way through it now without much trouble.

Lfr ansurek is 15 alone

Youre bad at this

Why would I do LFR … Also, nowhere in the game does it say that this boss rewards this item. Again, bad design.

we are playing two very different games.

/rolls around in piles of anniversary tokens

that said, I will say it’s absolutely stupid that you first have to get 100 tokens the slow way before the gains increase.

So, they dramatically increased the amount of Bronze we get.

Still complaining.

Forums are a useful tool for information, not just for complaining.

Shouldn’t need to use the forums for this. It should be evident and easily known in game.

You get actually around 60-80 tokens per week. We finished everything within three weeks.

I think I got something like 56 tokens the first week of the event. It was possible to get 61 tokens on Saturday/Sunday the same week. Then at week 2 I bought most of the T2 sets (After they hotfixed the amount of tokens you got by 100%ish) then by week 3 I had everything.
