You’re ignoring the real cause of lack of participation and trying to blame alliance for something that was entirely expected based on the situation.
And while I’m sorry that you had a bad experience with a premade most of them are perfectly fine and it’s quite fun to roll horde in AV for a few weeks.
AV premades are getting more alliance actively involved in AV, which not only helps these players learn how to win on a horde favored map, it also shortens horde queue times.
AV premades have always been part of the game and still exist on retail. Only on classic to players spend a ridiculous amount of time crying about them and citing a vague clause in the EULA.
Horde players*. The horde players are crying about it because it’s harder for them to premade because of their que times. If they didn’t swarm their faction like they did, they would be doing the exact same thing. When horde were winning 100% av because they have the advantage on that map they simply said “lol just get better”. Now that the alliance found a way to get better, did exactly as they said, they are legit calling using discord cheating. They are children who just want a 100% win rate and nothing else.
We all know they would. They had no problem taking advantage of a broken AV map in classic. They have no problem taking advantage of the server imbalance to control the map. They have no problem with griefing players when they don’t get their way. They only seem to have a problem when they don’t get everything the other side has.
You guys are legit acting immature af over this. Its like reading a Twitter thread crying over Trump and its over a video game… You would probably doxx horde players if you could. No wonder people are leaving the alliance in droves. Get a grip on yourselves because this just sad.
There’s no trick. The game doesn’t differentiate between any player when they hit the queue button. Just like the AH, it doesn’t matter if the person trying to join a BG has horribly evil and malicious intent or is entirely pure and innocent, the game does not care and neither does Blizzard.
Your entire whinge session is predicated on assuming bad intent which doesn’t matter. You can’t actually point to any wrongdoing or foul play, you just have to throw a fit that someone, somewhere, somehow, is up to no good because you believe it down in the cockles of your heart.
It isn’t against the EULA to be evil and despicable. It is only against the EULA to break the EULA.
Using voice programs isn’t actually cheating considering blizzard has its own voice program in game. The only way blizzard would shut this down is if it wasn’t inclusive (which it is) and/or if the community was making money off this (which it isn’t). The honor per hour is kinda trash considering you only get into 2 AV’s an hour (plus playing the games), the best outcome is basically mark/rep farming AV groups of 5-20 people (they don’t get full 40’s anymore) to not get stomped by an overpower horde side. Win rates in AV were strictly 75/25 in horde’s favor before this premade blew up. Horde still win some games and they aren’t exploiting anything in game nor using any software (such as botting or no clip hacks) to win…I don’t see blizzard doing much to stop this since if they do, horde queue times will go back to an hour for AV’s so it’s a no-win.
I literally joined it out of curiosity and all they wanted was a screenshot of my character showing I wasn’t a spam bot or a troll (internet kind not the ones who zugzug) and I was in que’s within 5 minutes. I don’t know how they mistreated you personally, but saying they aren’t inclusive is simply false. With the voice chat, there is a voice client within WoW but it is currently disabled due to people wanting the authentic experience (don’t believe me go to retail and check it out) so sorry both your points are false =/ . As for extra flavor to this paragraph, this happened in TBC/WotLK with the alliance AV premades, blizzard only stepped in when they started using an add-on to sync their queues, which violates ToS. Sorry you got booted out or something out of the discord, but maybe it’s more of a “You” problem then the whole server being the problem.
If you have played any of these games it would be incredibly obvious that they do not have any super groups. In fact they have no control over WHO gets into the game.
These groups are mostly dads and gamer girls who aren’t even good at pvp. If the horde can’t figure out how to deal with what is literally the least organized and geared premades ever created thats an embarrassment.
Also the idea that somehow you will be affected negatively by people dropping ques is silly given that you’re average pug win rate is already less than 5%
It is available through BattleNet. I use it to talk with officers in my guilds and other friends who have moved on to other guilds or play other Blizzard games all the time, while raiding. You just have to turn it on and set it up with keybinds and such so it is a big of a pain, but it is all there.
LFG-made groups vs organized premades and people over here trying to act like every premade is the latter, not the former.
I don’t think it changed, I think he really does think that lack of inclusion is the cheating itself. That’s why he keeps trying to harp on the advantage nonsense, as if getting an advantage over another player is wrong or against the EULA. It is some backward logic to the extreme.
