Currently have a ticket with an average wait time of 17 Days 5 Hrs. It’s absurd and I quiet frankly don’t know what to do. Is there different wait times for different categories?
That is the estimated time for all tickets currently in the queue to be resolved - not your particular ticket. But yes. Account and billing issues take priority, they’re at about a day or two. Other in-game issues are taking about a week, give or take. I see Vrak typing, so he can probably add more in-depth info than I can.
No, they aren’t. I’m not sure why you are seeing that time frame, if you are, but depending on the issue, response times are between a 1-9 days at the moment. The more generic ticket categories, like “Not listed here”, tend to be closer to the 9 day period.
For your issue, it is a bit more specialized, and frankly, given the situation it may not be possible. We don’t really have a specific category there, so the generic one under accounts is probably best.

Unrelated but I recently had my ticket in a not listed here category solved in less than 24 hours. Issue solved and the GM who responded was a 10/10 champ. I gave him the all the 5 starts and wrote a glowing review as it honestly felt like the same type of customer service we received back in vanilla-cata. That GM should be the standard that others try to achieve
I have a ticket that has gone unanswered for 3 weeks now. Are some tickets just completely ignored?
Three weeks would indicate that the ticket wasn’t likely opened properly.

One is 734 days old.
The current one is 10 days old - and is currently assigned to a GM, so it’s being looked at as we speak.
