That’s fair. Since Nu Mou are kind of shoehorned into being casters, I think I’ve done lots of Juggler/Thief and Gunner Montblancs. Plus I’m a sucker for ‘one of every race’ in games with parties. Though I remember my first playthrough I did learn all the Black Mage stuff with him and then move on to Time Mage.

Thats what I do because I would usually have at least two melee and the haste spell was a nice boon. 2 heavy, 2 quick, 2 casters. Gladiator, fighter, assassin, ninja, time mage and the one who can summon the gods and destroy all the battlefield was my regular party set up.
