These changes are so out of tune no assa/sub fient nerfs

I think blizz accidentally buffed this talent without realizing in Dragonflight. With the original Shadowlands conduit, the buff would cancel when shifting back into cat form/travel form, so shifting out of cat form->back into cat form would not increase your speed beyond cat form’s normal speed.

When they made it a class tree talent in DF, the buff would stay active when going back to cat/travel form even though this change was never in any patch notes (probably an accidental change from the conduit). So now feral and other druids can move very fast when re-shifting after a Cyclone cast or whatever. It was less noticeable in DF because the buff was only 3 seconds, but in 11.0 they made it a pvp talent with 5 second duration, so it started to get noticed and now nerfed.
