Such amazing amounts of BS. I finished all of my “chores” for the week (something I’ve almost never done) and was excited to have better odds at something useful. Well the jokes on me. LITERALLY 2/3 of my vault… RINGS. I’ve got so many rings its disgusting.
6 rings… trash pvp trinket… a pve trinket I already have, and boots with sub optimal states. TY TY TY. Who the F do I send the thank you card to?

Well on the up side, you can convert those boots next week and the stats will change to match the same stat profile as your tier boots. So maybe they aren’t so trash after all?

At the very least things in your active legendary slot should never drop. It keeps happening and I hate it.

That is probably the best example of this system being messed up as I’ve ever seen.
To be fair to that system though, obviously you need 2 rings, so in theory you have a 12.5% chance to get a ring as opposed to say, a 6.25% chance to get an offhand or a belt.
It’s still ridiculous though either way.
It hurts my delicate feelings to be honest. lol. I mean—I almost feel like I should go out and buy a lottery ticket-- get those 6(?) numbers instead of rings. lol
lol. You totally should. Blizzard would say this is a statistically insignificant anomaly I suspect. Obviously everything that is random has a bell curve to it. You are on the far of one side or the other, an outlier.
If this was happening to a ton of people obviously it would be awful.
A smaller example happened to me last week. I have a 291 Leggo helm, I got two 278 helms in the first two slots and something I could use in the last slot. Decent if not minor upgrade. That’s really close to be a totally useless week while doing 8+ runs at +15 or higher. The system indeed sucks.

I agree and yet it has not been fixed since they’ve implemented it.
Since you can only get one piece of gear, it should still have the same chance of other pieces. And if the system was smart, it would protect you from getting a bunch of rings, items you already have looted, and items that would fit into the legendary belt slot.

the one week he put more efforts in there was nothing good in the vault and he’s been gone since then.
it’s better to put steady efforts week to week without expectations - going hard one week out of nowhere and expecting results has big chances to depress you.
