A game to me should reward the person who put effort (9 vaults) more than someone who put less effort. Its so weird to me that grinding something out in an rpg doesn’t guarantee player progression results
How many pieces do you have atm on the toon you are maining?

1 lol. I’ve capped my 3 pvp vaults every week except for this week i didn’t get to play
Just generally speaking it never made sense to me. You kill 11,000 mobs for exalted, you grinded it, or another player comes along, kills a handful of mobs and rng decides to give him a drop that instantly boosts him to exalted right there. It just seems so odd to me to skip so far ahead because of luck

I’m doing lfr atm and just got the tier hat as well >_> haven’t done other wings yet so I think i have gloves yet I could try to get?
They 100% ninja buffed tier drop rate i think. My partner also got 3 piece of tier in his lfrs and all of his characters except one had tier in their vault today lol
This isn’t the real world. There are plenty of free items and rewards in video games.

vault is not bad luck protection
it is just a slot machine where you can pay for extra pulls with your incredibly valuable precious free time, but you only get one payout and there is literally nothing preventing you from getting 10 weeks of crap payouts
and, even worse than a slot machine, your odds get worse on the vault as you need less gear slots from it
plus a ton of FOMO cuz you can only get it once per week
current systems designers have turned this game into something that constantly manipulates the playerbase for targetted metrics - metrics are the only goal
