It’s sad to see the arena forums still has a lot of misinformation. Most top players agree that this is a pretty well balanced, fun season. I don’t care about your radical beliefs that everything is broken - Fire mages, rets, WW, Arms warriors, hpals, rshams and disc priests ARE ALL FINE. Yes, I said it gasp - stop trying to nerf everything into the ground, I really don’t want a slow meta.
That being said… there is one class (or spec) that is objectively broken no matter how you spin it. I play 3 different healers - sure Rets, WW and Arms warriors do insane damage, but I can still react to it and most of all its fair - I don’t have much issue CCing/kiting them during burst phase
However, BALANCE druids are beyond broken. They are the only spec that without a doubt is beyond broken. How is it fair to have back to back 11k starsurges? “Meh, here’s 22k damage, no biggie” - that isn’t even talking about Convoke - Convoke for feral is broken too - but ferals aren’t broken themselves.
So, seriously - nerf boomkin and I honestly think its pretty balanced.
I’m just a nobody in pvp, but boomkin is a little much lol. hard to deny that it’s OP at the moment, otherwise i like arenas right now. Boomy just needs to be toned down a bit, not nerfed to the ground.
I’ve only done skirmishes so far this season but no word of a lie 90% were vs A Pally lol. Is this how it is in rated too? Abuse the system while you can?
I see WW firemages and paladins as hotfix priority.
Convoke and other gimmicks such as the hunt, chain harvest, divine toll to name a few should be addressed as well.
Honestly I like boomkins doing big dam. If anything the bearform/frenzied should be looked at before their damage outside convoke. Lets keep this insane slands pace .

I’m sure you’re having tons of fun just rolling over people as turbo though because it’s braindead and you both do absurd damage.
What exactly does me playing a B tier comp last season have anything to do with how turbo is playing right now and the amount of enjoyment you’re gaining from it?
Convoke could use some toning down on its RNG for sure, and I bet a number of balance Druids would appreciate them bringing up the skill damage floor in exchange for its ceiling to be lowered… but really don’t see how you think that’s more broken than fire mage, arms warr or HPAL tbh.

game minus mw being bad is 40000x better than it was last season or the 2 before it even
You’re obviously having fun because the class you play is extremely strong, as well as your comp of choice this season.
Yeah unfortunately I couldn’t play legion at all and BFA at all during S1 or S3 because I was working on a real life matter, but if you had bothered to look any further you would’ve seen things before BFA, but I don’t fault you since to play turbo effectively you probably need to have a tunnel-like vision of what’s in front of you.
Also, if you think I enjoyed the snooze-fest that was BFA you’re sorely mistaken.
What exactly happened that MW became terrible? Did they get nerfed in slands or is it just a matter of the game is so bursty and they’re dying in stuns?
