Compromise for RDF in WOTLK classic

I never played Wrath because it was always terrible. And this is proven by the fact that player growth stagnated in Wrath compared to TBC or Vanilla. And people socialize during downtime. Not all people. But would you be here on this forum replying to my post if you had work to do? A dungeon to finish? No. You probably posted this because you had down time.
