On one hand BG que from anywhere is bad, on the other, you never entered dungeons from within a city (cept the lowbie one in org, which is like a trial) so you still can’t really compare the two. Definitely not the serve you think it is.

RDF doesn’t just “Put you in a que”. NOBODY would have a problem with that. Go ahead and have your que dude. What we have a problem with is the TELEPORTING INTO THE DUNGEON.
Nobody WANTS finding a group to take longer than the dungeon…fix the LFG system.
Also at the end of the day these arguments are dumb. Everyone had different opinions on what they think makes the game good and what makes the game bad.

It truly doesn’t, if you have friends or guilds you can use the good ol way to find group or use that LFG tool you like so much, I tried it and on low pop server it just barely work at level cap even as a tank and doesn’t work to find group to do dungeons while leveling not enough people use it.
It doesn’t, pretty much all the groups I got using this tool they added for WOTLK wasn’t any different than RDF/LFD tool, people Q themselves and wait for invite, then they MAYBE say hi and then GG or bye at the end of te dungeons nothing else, its no different than retail LFG beside its more tedious and annoying to use.
Immersion is fine for the first month or so of the expansion, once you have been playing it for few months and did everything already and all you want to do is farm badge to buy heirloom for your alts, nobody care about “Immersion” they want to have fun and QoL stuff they do not want to have to run/fly to every single dungeons 50 times a day and waste pretty much hours of fly/running time daily do to their dungeons or wait on people to fly/run there.

The beauty of adding RDF is that you can still use the LFG Tool. In fact, if RDF was implemented today, I’m sure you’d see folks queuing up using RDF and using LFG Tool at the same time. Quicker groups that way.

The only reason I ever added people after a dungeon was because RDF DIDN’T exists. If RDF exists I will have no reason to assemble a list of dungeon friends because I can just click “join que” and find a group. I don’t need them. Therefore, my friends list will be literally dead if RDF is implemented.
Literally dead. Every SINGLE random person I added as a friend was so that I could have somebody help me find a group. So I can say in chat “2 LFM” instead “1 LFG”
