People being allowed to just disable chat and ignore communication in a rated competitive mode. Being allowed to queue up and afk freely to drop rank and troll teams. People allowed to queue up while have no idea what to do on the given maps in the pool.
I know the team doesn’t care about PvP but good grief. It’s no wonder this mode and solo shuffle have hour long queue times after a month into the season, even when people still need gear because of the aggressive caps on conquest.

Neither you nor I get to dictate how other people play in a non-premade mode.
If you want everyone on your team to use chat, you need to form your own RBG team where you can have full control over how people play.
Otherwise, either deal with it, or climb MMR so you’re no longer grouped with people who have chat off.
People who afk can be reported as such. People who grief their team can be reported for gameplay sabotage. Unfortunately you’ll encounter people like that at all MMR levels. It happens, it’s frustrating, but there’s not much you can do about it except to report them and move on.

Sometimes, if a player doesn’t check bg chat, he might actually be better than his teammates. In other words, if he read bg chat, he’d likely be in a higher bracket.
For example, yesterday an MM Hunter was asked to go off-carts, but he just went to Lava without saying anything. This led to a 2v3 situation at off-carts, forcing a mage to leave Lava and help. Everyone was upset with the MM, but he ended up pulling insane damage and a lot of killing blows and we dominated Lava and mid routes.
Yeah but this player just won’t climb past a certain point, it is expected after a certain mmr that everyone is reading chat and knows their role. so they even out to get stuck in the end. I’m sure they blame their teammates as well lol
On the other end of the spectrum, there’s the armchair generals who dictate and berate your team. Imo they’re just as bad, especially when you get two or three of them all trying to out-general each other, giving contradicting orders.
That’s probably you. You genuinely believe random people will obey your every word. That’s just not realistic, regardless of mode or rating. There’s a happy medium somewhere.
I left a 0-0 WSG last night because this mw monk on my team would not stop running their mouths in chat, calling everyone peanuts lmao. I honestly hope they took the L.

If I say solo mid market I’m still gonna have at least 2 people follow me and do nothing
If I say I’m sitting DR solo there’s a 10% chance I rng one of the healers to come afk at the node and insta lose the map
It’s a competitive solo queue mode you just press queue and get to where you should be and everybody else falls or rises to where they should be based on performance
It is pretty hilarious how far a backpeddling ret with adapt can get, though

Welcome to random BGs with rating. There are modes you can play where you can avoid this.
LOL hour long queue times are only at the top. People need to stop pushing that these insane long queue times are the norm. I can queue right now with a 2600 MMR and get a queue pop that is less than 20 minutes. You seem dead set on creating an environment where less people queue for PvP.
I don’t do much rated Blitz because of posts like this.
I read the stuff people write, I just often have nothing to say. A lot of times, I just disagree, but an argument doesn’t help. Just because someone SAYS something in BG chat doesn’t always mean they’re making the correct assessment. Or that they’re asking me to do something I think I can do.
Maybe I’m fine being 1600. Or 1800. Or 2400. Maybe I don’t NEED to always pursue a higher level of competitive play. Maybe, just maybe, I’m as good at this game as I want to be and that’s okay with me after playing for years and years.
Maybe you just rant at people, or speak down to people and they get just ignore you. Tone matters, even in a game.
This isn’t some garbage corporate job where I have to tolerate any behavior thrown at me for a paycheck.

As for people that intentionally troll or AFK, yeah. Those people are lame. Report and move on. Literally nothing you can do and anyone deliberately trolling or AFK’ing couldn’t care less about your rants about it.

Nothing here is BGB specific. People often don’t read chat in any mode “whether turned off, or not” They just push their buttons. Deranking is in all brackets. And people don’t understand objectives/positioning in all forms of PvP.
You’ve made a lot of posts complaining about BGB, but I think overall it’s been well received by most. The only issue I’d say that’s glaring is the same rewards for this bracket as well as arena. BGB is the path of least resistance when it comes to rewards/achvs… so the other brackets have suffered. Other than that, as I said, it’s been rather well received… You’re just going to have to get over whatever this is you’re doing.

I’m not twisting anything, lol. You called the PvP community monkey brained. That’s clearly a negative take so it stands to reason that you take that perspective into your blitz. I’m not making a straw man here, dude.
And while I don’t do much blitz right now, I have in the past and I have a good bit of experience leading teams in RBGs (Not compared to many, but compared to the average). That that it really matters, but you brought it up.
You can accomplish a lot by treating people like people and not, as you say, “monkey brain”. I don’t want anything. I don’t know you.
Being the first to speak doesn’t make you the best, dude. I don’t know why you don’t understand that. Ignoring you doesn’t make me better than you, either.
But I’m not the one with the problem. I’m not the one insulting everyone who disagrees with me. Pointing out your ego when it comes to, “Everyone should listen to me and if they don’t they’re the problem!” is a very valid thing to point out. Commenting on your phrasing when you clearly can’t get through a post without an insult or belittling comment also seems rather valid 
Because its true, whether you agree or not. People trying to lead getting ego’d from players like your kind, who infiltrate it with your I don’t care attitude, bring the quality, time investment and health of the game down to almost zero. PvP doesn’t get any attention like the pve side does, so when times are already hard and you make it harder, you get what you deserve, nothing.
