Yeah that’s what gets me too, they’ve gone dark.
I have been having this issue for a few weeks as well.
They replied on the EU forums saying this will NOT be fixed. What a great response from them.
Ok, how about a refund for all the time that it has been (and will be) broken…unreal.
thanks for crossposting this. blizzard support is wild right now lol. They are insanely understaffed. Good luck getting any non-automated or copy paste heartless for in game issues now. I sure miss the time when blizzard felt like a company run by humans.
So there is basically no reason to play since i get most of my “upgrade currency” through the weekly. IT would be nice if they added something to the event so you could continue instead of just the base 480 stuff. What if we already had almost better?
